Seitan Nuggets 200g (1-2 Portions)

Swiss original spelt forms the basis for the production of our seitan nuggets. The starch contained in it is washed out by hand by Pierre and his team. With their young company "Hisig", they focus entirely on vegan specialties. For them, sourcing all the other ingredients for these purely plant-based protein bombs in Switzerland is a matter of honor. Even the original spelt breadcrumbs are sourced from the village's own baker.

Ingredients - Vegan
Seitan from Swiss original spelt 60%, breadcrumbs, canola oil, mustard, almond milk, salt, vegetable broth (celery), corn starch, barley malt.

Preparation
Bake the nuggets in a preheated oven at 160°C ( fan oven 140°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
